BKT Klets-kombuis week 10

Hallo liewe Twister.

Hierdie week het my kop behoorlik gedraai met al die kommer oor Listeria. Daar was ‘n paar skryfstukke rakende hierdie onderwerp en ek sal onder aan die brief soos gebruiklik vir julle die skakels opsit sodoende die artikels te lees. Klik asb op alle rooi gemerkte skakels.

Hierdie naweek kuier BKT by die US Woordfees en gaan saterdag om 14h00 bietjie my kennis rakende Gluten met julle deel. Ons kyk na waar die koringkorrel vandaan kom, hoe die industrie dit verwerk, hoe preserveermiddels en chemiese middels ons nadelig beinvloed. Ek gee raad oor intenstinale gesondheid en ook prosesse om altyd vars brood in jou huis te hê.

Daar is ook twee nuwe resepte vir julle. Ek het hierdie week baie met piesangs gewerk en daar het ‘n paar heerlike resepte gestalte gekry. Die briefie is hierdie week baie kort maar glo vir my ek lewer volledig verslag oor die Fees in volgende week se aflewering van die BKT Klets-kombuis.
