- Cancellation of Membership:
You may cancel your membership at any time after the join date, provided it is done in writing via email to annelien@annelienpienaar.co.za. - Refund Policy:
Membership fees are non-refundable. - Agreement to Terms:
By registering for membership, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, including any amendments we may make from time to time. It is your responsibility to stay updated on these terms.
Merchandise in the Shop
- Return Policy:
We offer a fourteen (14) day return policy for all unused and unopened products. To qualify for a refund:- The item(s) must be returned at the customer’s expense.
- Refunds will be processed via EFT for the item cost minus any applicable bank charges, following inspection by Annelien.
- Damaged Products:
- Damaged product(s) must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by evidence (photos or other relevant proof).
- Damaged product(s) must be returned within 14 days at the customer’s expense.
- Upon inspection, refunds will be processed via EFT for the item cost minus any applicable bank charges.
Werkswinkels / In-person workshops
Each booking reserves a place in a workshop with limited seating. The following standard policy applies when you cancel or do not attend, subject to your statutory rights below.
At least 7 days before: Cancel in writing by email to annelien@annelienpienaar.co.za. You will receive credit towards the next available workshop instead of a cash refund.
Less than 7 days before, or non-attendance: No refund or credit is offered under our standard policy.
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your reservation to a friend. Please notify us in writing of the replacement participant. Annelien may make exceptions at her discretion.
Any cancellation charge remains subject to applicable law and must be reasonable, taking account of the service booked, notice given, the opportunity to fill the place and industry practice. No cancellation fee applies if the person for whom the booking was made cannot attend because of death or hospitalisation.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our voluntary return and cancellation arrangements do not replace rights relating to defective, unsafe or incorrectly supplied goods, or any applicable cooling-off rights. Please report damage promptly, ideally within 24 hours; failure to do so does not remove your statutory rights. Where the law requires the supplier to bear return costs or provide a remedy without deductions, those requirements take precedence over the standard arrangements above.
Additional terms
- Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be governed by South African law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Africa. - Changes to the Policy:
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
