By accessing the website, creating an account, buying a product, enrolling in a course or class, using a recipe, subscribing or interacting with the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
2. Our services
The website may provide access to free and paid recipes, articles, newsletters, online classes, courses, workshops, downloadable materials, memberships, community or profile features, and a shop for physical and/or digital products.
We may change, update, replace, remove or discontinue any product, service, course, recipe, shop item or website feature at any time, subject to applicable law and any specific terms that apply to paid services.
3. Accounts, membership and passwords
- You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential.
- You may not share paid membership, course or class access with another person unless we expressly allow this in writing.

- We may suspend or close an account where there is misuse, non-payment, sharing of login details, breach of these terms, unlawful conduct or security risk.
4. Purchases, pricing and payments
- Prices, product descriptions, availability and course/class details may change from time to time.
- Orders are subject to confirmation, successful payment and availability.
- Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their terms may apply in addition to these terms.
- Delivery, collection, access periods, cancellation, refunds and returns may be subject to specific terms displayed at checkout, on the relevant product/course page, or communicated to you directly.
- Where digital content or online course access is provided immediately after purchase, cancellation or refund rights may be limited to the extent permitted by law.
5. Courses, classes, workshops and digital content

Live online classes, workshops or recordings may be hosted using third-party platforms or embedded video tools. Access may depend on internet connectivity, platform availability and your device setup.
In-person workshop cancellations are governed by our Returns & Cancellations policy: cancellations received in writing at least 7 days before the workshop receive credit towards the next available workshop. Later cancellations and non-attendance receive no refund or credit under our standard policy, subject to applicable consumer rights. This workshop rule is separate from terms for online learning and other purchases.
