Gebakte pampoen slaai met romerige balsamiese asyn slaaisous

Die Slaaisous in hierdie resep is lag-lag die lekkerste deel! ‘n Veelsydige sous nie net vir slaai. As jy ‘n Bamix blender stok het, maak jy sous binne sekondes.

Botterskorsie(butternut) of Ysterpampoen skywe soveel jy wilð_x009f_¤£!

Sprinkel met olyfolie, bietjie heuning en bak oop in oond van 200C tot sag.
Kap kale of baba spinasie op en sprinkel oor die pampoen met paar gestoomde brokkoli blommetjies, neute van keuse. Rooster vir 5 min en bedien met die volgende slaaisous.
Slaaisous
1/2 k olyfolie
1/4 k balsamiese asyn
1 fyn gedrukte knoffeltoontjie
1 t gladde mosterd
2 e heuning
1/2 t tiemie
Sout en peper na smaak
Blitz deur met Bamix se B lem en voila, gladde homogene sous! Giet oor laai en sprinkel met boom of grond neute soos verkies.
Kan met rysnoedels soos vir pasta bedien word vir n volle vegetariese ete. So ñ paar skyfies vars parmasaan of pecorino sal ook heerlik die gereg komplimenteer.

Sous hoeveelheid is ongeveer 1/2 k en kan met gemak vermeerder word.

    Ek het my bamix baie jare gelede gekoop en glo dit sal kan doen met n diens.
    Is dit moontlik en wat sal die koste min of meer daaraan wees

    Epos my by boerekostwist@gmail.com dan reel ons ‘n kowotasie. Die Bamix dienssentrum is in Johannesburg dus sal dit jou kos om die koerier self te reel en dan is die diens min of meer R350. Maar dit sal ons eers beter weet as jy die jobcard ingevul het.
