Eureka Mills het vir die besige huishouding ‘n gesonde opsie gegee om met hul Steengemaalde produkte perfekte gebak keer op keer te lewer. Ek het hierdie mengsel self getoets en paar variasies op die basiese resep aangebring en regtig so maklik soos roer en druk in die pan, bak en droog. Daar kan vingers gesny word met die mengsel of dit kan soos van ouds, in bolletjies gerol word. Hoe dit ook al sy, jy gaan heerlike beskuit geniet saam met ‘n koppie koffie.

You can choose to cut the rusks into slices or roll into the traditional buttermilk shapes. You will be ensured of wonderful baked products. 

Variasies op die Karringmelk beskuit / Variations of the recipe
Bolletjies / Rounds:
1. Voeg 1/2 k fyn klapper by die droë mengsel. *Add half a cup of fine coconut to the dry mix. 
2. Bolletjies van 70 g uit gemeet en rond gerol, pak stewig in pan en bak soos op pakkie aangedui. *Weigh out dough to 70 g and shape into rounds. Pack tight into pan and bake as indicated on package. 

Vingers / Fingers
1. Voeg 1 k cranberries by die droë mengsel. *Add one cup of cranberries to the dry mix.
2. Druk deeg in pan soos op pakkie aangedui, sny in vingers vooraf. Bak en droog. *Press dough into the desired pan as indicated on packaging and cut before baking. Follow instructions for baking and drying times
