Eetbare koekie deeg speel klei

‘n Speel klei wat jy kan eet en bak? Ja, dit klink te goed om waar te wees. My kinders het met hierdie resep groot geword en as hulle by ouma gekuier het was dit ure se speel en ouma het seker gemaak daar was al die kleure en geure beskikbaar.

Al die fyn motoriese spiertjies en middellyn kruising word geoefen om nie eens van die tas sensore te praat nie. Kom Mamma’s en Ouma’s spring in en maak die deeg. Die deeg hou ten minste 2 weke in die yskas of kan gevries word en by kamertemperatuur ontdooi word.

Soms speel ek lekkerder as my poplap!

RESEP
210 g (1 1/2 k) Koekmeel / Gluten vrye meel
60 g (½ k) Vlapoeier / Mielieblom
65 g (½ k) Versiersuiker
200 g Rama of Stork Bake en maak asb seker die vet inhoud is 80%. Draai die pakkie om en kyk by die bestanddele lys.. Rama het verander na 70% en sal jou deeg regtig klewerig maak.
1-4 e melk as die deeg dalk styf is as jy met koppies gemeet het.

METODE
1. Meng al die bestanddele saam en knie goed.

2. As jy dit wil bak voorverhit die oond na 200 ˚ C en bak vir 8 – 10 minute.
Verkoel eers die koekies voordat dit gebak word.

Wenk: deeg kan vir 7 dae in die yskas hou of vir 3 maande bevries word.
