Suiker- en gluten-vrye energie stafies

Het jy ‘n soettand en moet van soethappies weg bly? Hierdie lekkerny is gepak met sade, neute en vrugte om die brandstof terug te sit in jou are en weer die bloedsuiker vlakke te lig. Hierdie happies vorm deel van my Breinkos kosblik happies vir my kinders as die dae lank raak met buitemuurse aktiwiteite. ‘n Vinnige en min moeite resep en daar sal altyd iets te hap wees in my handsak met ‘n bottel water en ‘n appel~

4 koppies dadels, fyn gekap
3 koppie pekans
1/2 k grondbone botter, grof
60 g chia sade
50 g papawersaad
50 g sesam saad
2 ml sout
50 ml kakao
15 ml kaneel
5 ml gemmer poeier
2 ml neutmuskaat
10 ml vanielje of rum geursel
100 g gluten vrye of suiwel vrye sjokolade
50 g pistasie neute

Voer ‘n bakplaat van ongeveer 20 x 30 cm uit met bakpapier. Hou die sjokolade en pistasie neute eenkant.

Plaas al die bestanddel in ‘n voedselverwerker en maal tot ‘n growwe pasta. Druk baie styf en rol vas in die pan. Laat die mengsel in die pan oornag set voordat die sjokolade gesmelt word en oor gegiet word. Sprinkel met pistasie neute en voor die sjokolade set, sny met ‘n warm lem mes in blokkies en laat dan verder stol.

Stoor in yskas of vrieskas vir 6 maande.
