Spek en Aspersie tert

Hierdie heerlike spek en spinasie tert word met die kors resep van die Spinasie room mielietert in die BKT kookboek gemaak. Twee foelie bak grootte terte of 1 x groot pyrex bak.

3 snye witbrood in blokkies gesny
250 ml melk of 250 ml room

Week die brood blokkies in die melk vir ñ uur. Verhit die melk met 30 ml botter tot kookpunt en koel af.

Meng die volgende bestanddele saam:

1 blikkie 410 g, dreineer, aspersie lote op gesny in korter stukke
200g spek vleis gaar
200g gerookte ham of ekstra spek
2 k cheddar kaas, gerasper
1 medium ui fyn gekerf
5 ml mosterd poeier
4 ekstra groot eiers
2 e origanum of pietersielie
1/2 t gerookte paprika
Peper na smaak

Sodra die melk afgekoel het, roer die melk mengsel by die res van die bestanddele en giet in voorbereide kors. Bak by 180C vir 35 minute.
