Slapdeeg Vetkoek

Vinnige en maklike slap deegvetkoekies met ‘n paar kinkels!

Resep
3 k Koekmeelblom (420 g)
1 t Sout
6 t Suiker (25 g)
10 ml Kitsgis
2 k Louwarm water (500ml)

Metode
1. Sif sout en koekmeelblom saam en strooi suiker en kitsgis oor en meng liggies.

2. Voeg water by en meng tot gladde loperige deeg.

3. Bedek die mengsel met olie gesmeerde plastiek en laat ongeveer 1 uur op ‘n warmplek rys tot dubbel in volume.

4. Skep lepelsvol in warm olie en braai tot goudbruin.

Variasie
Indien verkies kan ‘n blikkie mielie pitte met gebraaide spek of ‘n handvol gerasperde kaas by gerysde deeg bygevoeg word.

Pilchards vis in tamatiesous: 1 blik by die bestanddele maar verander die vog na 1/2 k water en indien te dik lyk so 3 e water ekstra. Die beslag moet effens dikker wees as wafeldeeg.

Annelien se twist
Doop blomkool blommetjies of enige groente, worsies of kaas in die beslag en bak dit so.
Dit is voorwaar heerlik en bros, die kinders sal mal wees daaroor.
