Pasta Alfredo

Alfredo styl pasta is ‘n heelike romerige sous met enige vorm van pasta bedien. Ek maak meeste van die tyd my pasta self en vind dat tagliatelle, die lang plat vorm, met hierdie sous so sag soos statyn proe. ʼn Variasie van bestanddele kan die basis sous verander na iets wat elke smaak en geur pas. In hierdie resep gee ek vir jou die basiese riglyn vir die sous en die variasies kan soos volg wees:

Variasies: Vir elke bestanddeel genoem kan jy 250 g daarvan by die sous voeg: gaar spekvleis, gaar uie en sampioene kombinasie, gaar ham of selfs oorskiet vleis. Saffraan drade vind ook gereeld hulp pad na die room. Voeg die saffraan by die melk terwyl dit begin verhit. Vir hierdie foto het ek ‘n ham en ertjie kombinasie gedoen en bietjie vars pietersielie bygevoeg. Hierdie sous resep is genoeg vir 500 g pasta en kan met gemak verdubbel word.

3 e botter
500 ml room
250 ml parmesan kaas vars gerasper

Plaas die botter en room saam in ʼn kastrol en verhit oor matige hitte tot kookpunt, kook vir 5 minute en voeg die kaas by en roer deur met ʼn draad klitser. Verwyder van hitte en giet oor die pasta en bedien dadelik.
