Korslose souttert

Ek dink enige een van ons kan doen met ‘n bekostigbare souttert resep en hierdie een is net reg. Jy kan speel met die byvoeging van knoffel polonie ipv worsies. Verder kan jy met ligter of sterker smaak kase werk. Dan, geure kan wissel van roosmaryn, tiemie, gerookte paprika wat jy kan byvoeg net vir daardie ietsie anders. Hoop julle gaan sommer gou-gou kom spog met julle soutterte!

3 snye Brood (enige brood)
2k Kook melk
2k Worsies, gerasper
2k Cheddar kaas, gerasper
30ml (2e) botter, gesmelt
4 Eiers, eksta groot, geklits
1 Ui, klein
1e Pietersielie, gedroog
Geen sout want die kaas en die worsies is reeds sout genoeg.

Voor verhit oond na 180℃ en smeer ‘n geskikte oondpan. Individuele porsies kan gemaak word soos mini kolwyntjies. Onthou net dat die baktyd verkort.

Week die brood in die gekookte melk en laat afkoel tot kamertemperatuur.

Voeg al die bestanddele saam en roer goed deur. Skep in gesmeerde bak en bak vir 35-55 minute.

Recipe
3 Slices of bread
2 cups of Boiled milk
2 cups Vienna’s, grated
2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
30ml Melted butter
4 Eggs, extra large, beaten
1 Small Onion, finely chopped
15ml Dried parsley

Preheat oven to 180℃. Grease a suitable container for baking the quiche.

Soak the bread in the boiled milk and let it stand until cooled.

Mix all the ingredients together and spoon into pie dish.

Bake at 180℃ for 35-55 minutes.
