Hoender frikkadelle kan nogal aan die droë kant wees maar as mens slim met die bestanddele beplan sal jy beloon word met ‘n heerlike sappige happie. Vir hierdie resep het ek in hakkies die opsie vir low carb en keto opsies gegee.

Basis resep
1 kg hoender filette in blokkies gesny en dan nog fyner gesny. Moenie in voedselverwerker fyn maak dit sal te fyn word. Neem jou tyd.
1/4 k fyn droe brood krummels (Keto/Low carb: 1 e psyllium husk)
1 t fyn knoffel
2 e parmasaan
1/4 t witpeper
1/2 t groentesout in die Boerekos met ‘n Twist kookboek

Sous
1/4 k mayonnaise
2 e blatjang
1/4 k kariingmelk
1 t tiemie

Meng alles saam.

Geure variasie:
3-4 e Son gedroogde Tamatie marmelade smeer
3-4 e basillie pesto (BKT kookboek p.32)
3-4 e tamatie puree

Maak die filette fyn en sprinkel die res van die bestanddele oor die vleis en meng per hand goed deur.

Vorm ongeveer gholfbal grootte bolletjies en hier kan julle heerlik kreatief raak. Die balletjies kan in sesame saad gerol word vir ‘n heerlike neute lagie rondom as dit gaar is. Pak die skottel vol en bak dan met ‘n deksel in die oond by 180C vir 30 minute, haal deksel af en bak dan verder vir 20 minute to bruin en bros.

Bediening voorstel: Ouman Hantie se knoffelroomsous is die perfekte low carb of keto opsie vir ‘n sous en so geurig en komplimenteer die drie geure wat jy kan kies baie mooi.
