Botterskorsie stol slaai

Vir die warm somers dae is daar niks so heerlik as ‘n koel verfrissende slaai. My Ma het vir ons as kinders altyd hierdie wonderlike slaai gemaak. Jy kan die botterskorsie met wortel ook vervang. Verder is die resep geskik vir diabete deur die jellie met Low-cal te vervang asook die suikervrye en lae vet yoghurt geskik vir diabete te koop.

RESEP
4 k Botterskorsie – gerasper of Wortels
1 pakkie Suurlemoen of lemoen jellie (low-cal vir diabete)
1 k Appelkoos joghurt (fatfree en sugar free yoghurt vir diabete)
½ k Room – opsioneel
10 ml Gelatien in 100 ml water gesprinkel

METODE
1. Spons die gelatien. Jy moet die water in ‘n klein bakkie wat mikrogolf veilig is gooi. Sprinkel die gelatien bo oor en laat dit 5 minute staan totdat die gelatien uitgesit het. Kook water in potjie, verwyder van hitte, sit die bakkie in die potjie sodat die gelatien kan smelt. Gelatien sal eers dof wees maar namate jy roer word dit helder soos heuning.

2. Sodra die gelatien gesmelt is voeg dit by die botterskorsie, suurlemoen jellie en appelkoos joghurt en meng goed.

3. Plaas in vorm van keuse wat met koue water uitgespoel is.

4. Plaas in yskas om te set vir 4 ure. Laast uur in die vrieskas om maklik te ontvorm.

5. Indien ‘n metal vorm gebruik word: Ontvorm deur die vormpie vinnig in warm kraan water te dompel, maak kante versigtig los en keer uit. Vir silikoon panne draai om en trek silkoon in een rigting af.
