Ons spot al oor hierdie koekies en almal eet heerlik saam. Die katte en die mense. Beidekante toe is dit heerlik en ook gesond.

1 k volkoring steengemaalde meel
1 k laevet poeiermelk
1 k tuna stukkies in water, goed dreineer
2 eiers
1/4 tot ½ k water

Voorverhit oond na 180C en berei ‘n paar koekie plate voor met Teflon velle. So kan jy die koekies makliker afhaal nadat dit gebak het.

Meng al die bestanddele saam tot een gladde massa. Ek verkies ‘n stywer massa maar jy kan slapper gaan.

Drup lepels vol van die beslag en los genoeg spasie sodat die beslag kan versprei as dit bak. Bak vir 15 tot 20 minute tot geset en hard.

Laat goed afkoel en hou die bederfies in die yskas of vries groter volumes.
