Vinnig en maklik om te maak! Jy kan jou eie Blaardeeg maak of koop en binne ‘n kits het jy hierdie heerlike happie gereed. Ek hou van ‘n sprinkel kaneel saam met die suiker gemeng vir ‘n geurige happie.

1 x Blaardeeg resep (klik op die skakel)

1 k strooisuiker
2 t kaneel
100 ml gesmelte botter

Voor verhit oond na 200C. Smeer ‘n bakplaat of voer uit met ‘n Silikoon vel

Rol die deeg in ‘n reghoek uit tot 4mm dikte. Smeer met botter, sprinkel met kaneelsuiker en rol die deeg vanaf die twee kortste kante op sodat dit in die middel ontmoet, sny in 1 cm skywe, pak op bakplaat en bak tot goudbruin vir 10 minute.
