Romerige Avokadopeer slaaisous

‘n Maklike en geurige slaaisous wat selfs ‘n kind aan mekaar kan slaan. Rak lewe is ongeveer 7 dae. Hierdie sousie is gepak met natuurlike goedheid soos omega’s, vitamiene en minerale wat in sy beste vorm voorkom naamlik, vars! Verder kan dit vir meer as net ‘n slaaisous gebruik word, dit kan ook vir ‘n doopsous gebruik word. Voeg dan net genoeg water by om die perfekte dikte te kry.

Resep
1 Avocado, groot, geskil
¼ k Koljander blare, vars of Basillie blare
1 Knoffel toontjie
15 ml (1e) Suurlemoensap, vars
45 ml (3e)Olyfolie
65 ml – 125ml (½ – ¼ k) Suurroom of Gewone yoghurt (afhangend hoe suur jy die sousie wil hê)
250 ml (1 k) Water
½ t Swart peper vars gemaal
Sout na smaak

Metode:
1. Meng al die bestanddele saam en versap totdat die mengsel glad is.

2. Stoor in lugdigte houer in yskas vir 7 dae.
