1 kg hoender borsies in blokkies gesny
200 g bacon bits
3 rooi uie in ringetjies gesny
5 murg pampoentjies in ringetjies gesny
1 soet rissie in repies gesny
250 ml room
1 blikkie tamatie sop
1 e knoffel fyn gedruk
500 g gaar pasta
kruie na gelang van smaak: origanum of tarragon is heerlik by hierdie gereg
Sout en peper na smaak

Braai die uie, murgpamoentjies en soetrissie in ‘n gietyster pan met bietjie botter of olie. Skep uit en braai die spek en hoender tot amper gaar en voeg die uie mengsel by, giet sop by en kook tot gaar vir 20 min.

Giet die room by die mengsel, voeg sout en peper by en daarna die pasta. Meng en bedien warm.
