Annelien, ek stel baie belang in die Fermented Foods se klas. Is dit moontlik om te sê wat die video behels asseblief. Miskien wat in die inhoudsopgawe is, asseblief.
En dan nog iets: weet jy dalk of die Appelasyn ‘n invloed op mens se bloeddruk het?
Jammer dat ek so moeilik is, maar my en Nadia se bloeddruk het baie gedaal met gekoopte Appelasyn.

Hallo. Jy kan op die KLASSE deel in gaan en dan daar direk die afdelings van die video materiaal besigtig. Jy sal nie die PDF kan sien. Maar basies is daar die volgende videos: Appels asyn, Kombucha, Sauerkraut. Dan is daar ekstra resepte soos Kimchi, Piekel suurlemoene, Appel cider vonkel drankie. Die PDF gids het ook al die wetenskaplike en gesondheids praatjies in. Daar is ook die Intro video (dus totaal van 4 video’s) oor die gesondheidsvoordele en toepassings voor jy begin. Baie dankie Annelien. Nadia sukkel van tyd tot tyd met ‘n spastiese dikderm. Ons moet baie mooi kyk wat sy eet en stres vermy en daarom stel ek baie belang in veral die Kombucha en Appelasyn en Kimchi vir haar. Alle voorspoed met jou ondernemings toegebid.

Hallo, dit sal net tot groot voordeel wees vir haar om die derm flora weer aan te vul sodat dit die kolon wakker kan kry en weer maksimum nutrient absorpsie kan verseker en die kolon te laat ontspan om weer normaal te funksioneer. Antibiotika maak baie groot skade. xxx Annelien Pienaar
