Gebakte Joghurt Ontbyt happies

‘n Vinnige en heerlike bederf aan jou gaste, bedien warm of koud as ontbyt of nagereg. Vir Gastehuis eienaars en Funksie beplanners is hierdie ook n puik resep om te oorweeg! Hierdie resep verdubbel puik.

Bedienings voorstel

Laat dit afkoel en plaas dit dan in die yskas om verder te stol. Bedien koud as ‘n ligte, gesonde nagereg ontbyt met ekstra vrugte of ‘n coullis.

Bestanddele vir Gebakte Joghurt bakkies

  • 500 g (2 k) Griekse dubbel dik joghurt of Amazi (effens gedreineer)
  • 250 ml (1 k) room
  • 200 g (1/2 k) kondensmelk
  • Kardemompoeier – 1 teelepel (opsioneel)
  • Geursel van keuse soos vanielje, karamel, sitrus. Sitrus sal ek suurlemoen zest 1 t byvoeg.

Metode vir Gebakte Joghurt bakkies

  • Berei 4 rakemin bakkies voor. Voorverhit oond tot 170 C en ‘n waterbad vir die bakkies.
  • Meng die jogurt en kondensmelk goed deur in ‘n bak.
  • Voeg die room by en klits deeglik. Voeg dan die kardemompoeier by en klits verder.
  • Wanneer die mengsel goed gemeng is, giet dit in ramekin bakkies. Tik liggies teen die bak om die jogurtmengsel gelyk te versprei.
  • Plaas die bakkies in ‘n groter houer met water wat tot 1/3 van die hoogte van die houer styg (waterbad-metode).
  • Bak dit in ‘n voorverhitte oond teen 170°C vir 20–25 minute. Die mengsel moet drillerig vertoon wanneer dit uit die oond verwyder word (nie vloeibaar of te styf nie)
  • Laat goed afkoel en plaas in yskas voor bediening.
