- Cancellation of Membership:
You may cancel your membership at any time after the join date, provided it is done in writing via email to annelien@annelienpienaar.co.za. - Refund Policy:
Membership fees are non-refundable. - Agreement to Terms:
By registering for membership, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, including any amendments we may make from time to time. It is your responsibility to stay updated on these terms.
Merchandise in the Shop
- Return Policy:
We offer a fourteen (14) day return policy for all unused and unopened products. To qualify for a refund:- The item(s) must be returned at the customer’s expense.
- Refunds will be processed via EFT for the item cost minus any applicable bank charges, following inspection by Annelien.
- Damaged Products:
- Damaged product(s) must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by evidence (photos or other relevant proof).
- Damaged product(s) must be returned within 14 days at the customer’s expense.
- Upon inspection, refunds will be processed via EFT for the item cost minus any applicable bank charges.
Classes (Physical On-Site)
- Cancellation Policy:
Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 7 days before a scheduled class. This allows us to offer your spot to another participant. All cancellations must be made in writing via email to annelien@annelienpienaar.co.za. - Refunds and Credits:
- Cancellation more than 14 days before the event: Full refund (100%).
- Cancellation within 7 to 13 days of the event: You will receive a credit towards any future class, which must be used within 90 days.
- Cancellation within 3 to 6 days of the event: 20% cancellation fee will apply, and a refund for the remaining balance will be issued.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of the event: 30% cancellation fee will apply, and a refund for the remaining balance will be issued.
- Non-Refundable Reservations:
I understand that my reservation for this event is non-refundable. If I am unable to attend, I may transfer my reservation to a friend, but I will not be entitled to a refund. - Agreement to Terms:
By registering for a class, you agree to these terms and conditions. Annelien reserves the right to make exceptions at her discretion.
Additional Terms (New Additions):
- Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be governed by South African law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Africa. - Changes to the Policy:
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
