I can’t access the site when trying to log in - what should I do?
Please follow this checklist:
- Check that you are on a steady internet connection
- Check that you are using the correct email and password to log in. If you are not sure of your username and password, please request a password reset – an email will be sent to you to reset your password. Support queries for password resets will no longer be accepted.
I have logged in and cannot access my membership - what should I do?
If you have an active membership, please send an email to support@annelienpienaar.co.za with your order number related to your membership, and we will check if your membership has expired, lapsed, or is just not active.
I have logged into the website, but when I try to access a recipe from Facebook it prompts me to log in again – why?
This would normally happen if you click on a recipe from the Facebook app, to the website. Facebook runs its own browser within the app, and eventhough you are logged into the website via their browser, details aren’t transferred automatically to other browsers on the same device. Please log in in again.
I logged into my account, and then pressed the back button, and now am logged out of the site again - why?
After logging in, please do not click the back button. This will cause the browser to behave like you are not logged in, and will create confusion. Instead, just revisit your content again.
How do I renew my membership?
You can renew your membership by purchasing a membership via the 12 Month Membership link.
What should I do if the website isn’t loading properly?
How do I download or print a recipe?
If you are a member, you can press Ctrl and P, or Cmd and P to print your recipe. Member only recipes and not available for print to non-members. Printed recipes are not for distributed, and copyright belongs to Annelien Pienaar Food Consultant.
Why am I unable to view certain recipes?
Only members with active subscriptions can view member only recipes.
How can I save my favourite recipes?
Please use the bookmarks feature to create custom private or public lists and save your favourite recipes. You can view your favourites on your bookmarks page.

Why am I not receiving the verification email?
Please check your spam, as well as any other folders. Mail providers like Gmail often have other inboxes like “updates”, where most website update emails go to.
How can I change the email address associated with my account?
Please visit your profile page to update your details.
