In this course you will be making raw Apple cider vinegar and Kombucha, of which both is using a scoby. You will learn how to grow from scratch a scoby and maintain it.
You will also be making Sauerkraut, Kimchi, pickled lemons. As an added bonus there is extra fermented recipes included to practice your newly honed skills. There is Sparkling Apple cider soft drink with only two major ingredients and produced in days!
