This fermentation set comes with a 3 liter jar, weights, water valve, lid. Please be advised that the lid- and air valve colour may vary from time to time.  The system is developed to process fermented foods that need to ferment in the absence of oxygen (anaerobic). The sky is not even the limit with what you can process in these jars and in the Fermented food class the use of these vessels will be discussed and demonstrated. What can be processed in these jars? Saurkraut, Apple cider vinegar and all other types of vinegar, sourdough mothers, Kombucha, kefir milk and kefir water, kimchi (fermented sweet and sour cabbage and veggie salad) and many, many more!
